Okay guys, so here's my first attempt at writing a poem for my story, Maremeadow. I KNOW IT DOESNT RHYME BUT YOU KNOW NOT ALL POETRY RHYMES. Also, I tried to put ten syllables in each line like a Shakespearen sonnet, but some of the lines sounded funny like that so I had to stretch to eleven or twelve on some.
This is meant to be sung by Layla, a maid for Lord Garath who ends up falling in love with and marrying Kazriel. I love love! :)
